Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Time:
Standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
Express options may be available at checkout (if enabled).

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

Wrong Address Policy:
If the customer enters an incorrect address, Cicelle is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
We can reship the order once it is returned, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, Cicelle is not liable for theft or loss.
You must file a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping:
Customs fees or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
