At Cicelle, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple and fair return process.


Returns – 14 Days

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Packaging must be intact

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, we offer free exchanges.

  • Exchange shipping cost is covered by our company.

  • The item must meet the same conditions as returns (unused, unwashed, original tags).

We will ship out your exchange item once we receive and approve the original product.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items

  • Underwear or intimate apparel

  • Damaged items caused by misuse


Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace it at no cost.
